I felt completely at ease knowing the beds were clean and bed bug free during my stay. The staff was incredibly supportive, going out of their way to help me practice my French. Plus, the convenience of being able to leave my luggage before check-in meant I could explore right away!

Location right across from Gare du Nord made getting around Paris super easy. The room was clean and had a nice modern bathroom. I loved the spaciousness and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast included at the nearby hotel was decent, offering basic continental options. However, the street noise kept me awake at night, creating a lively but sometimes disruptive atmosphere. The lobby could have used more upkeep. it had a bit of an odor. Additionally, some amenities, like a kettle and iron, had to be requested from the front desk, which felt a little inconvenient. Despite the minor drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable and affordable.

I appreciated the quiet environment, allowing for a decent night's sleep despite the bustling area. The staff was responsive to my reservation requests, providing a room on the courtyard as requested.
